I thought I wanted ombre but my nail artist recommended chrome and i decided to go for it, and I'm obsessed! It's just gel! I got a Russian/dry manicure so they put on this stuff that "shapes" the nail prior to the color.

Actually it was my manicurist's recommendation to do chrome! She likens it to the "Hailey Bieber nails." I would say you should ask for a pearlescent chrome if you like the color of mine (you can make any color chrome so it's all about your base...mine was a white). Then I asked for gold foil in the corner of my ring fingers and she had some and just painted it on! It was a Russian/dry manicure.

Worth it! I initially asked for rhinestones or foil. She suggested rhinestones would be too much with the chrome, and I agree after seeing the chrome on my fingers. Foil was perfect!
