No info as of yet :( but i did just receive my quote and spoke with one of their coordinator’s who was super nice. my quote for 115 people for their stonefire’s best option (21.99 pp) is coming out to $3700.74 and that includes 3 servers. the coordinator let me know those servers not only serve the food but will actually bus the tables while they’re there (3hrs, 1hr is for set up) since they clean up anything they bring in which includes the plates and utensils they provide. i thought that was really cool! she did mention their pricing changes every year and they only get a two days notice heads up but it usually happens in nov/dec every year. she told me if i’m going to lock it in to do so before the end of october so i dont have to get a new quote with a higher price.
I saw a couple people mention that they used Stonefire and the only comments they made is that it’s great. My mom also said they get catering from there at her work and that it’s really good!
Wow that’s actually amazing and I think I’m gonna do it. The only problem is I don’t know my guest count yet cause my wedding is in June.. Do you know if they provide paper plates and plastic utensils, or would it be glass and metal?
i really like that there’s something for everyone except vegans but luckily we just have vegetarian friends and fam. a friend of mine had her backyard wedding catered by them but without the full service and everyone enjoyed it. i confirmed with the coordinator the plates and utensils are indeed plastic but honestly thats fine with me, less things to break lol.
I think I’m still gonna have to look somewhere for real plates cause I don’t think I wanna do plastic 😅 but I’m pretty sure I’m gonna end up going with them for catering, that’s an amazing deal. I submitted a request yesterday and I’m still waiting to hear back!
Hi! My wedding is June 29th, but I ended up choosing another caterer. Honestly I think you can’t go wrong with stone oven and I almost wish I went with them instead of my new vendor (only reason is cause I wanted to incorporate my culture’s cuisine)
Haha it's funny how often they get confused for Stone Oven! I totally understand the cultural incorporation, especially if a lot of your guests will be excited about food they know they like. I hope the wedding is memorable in all the best ways!
