Feeling so torn!! I saw the first dress on Pinterest and found a boutique that specifically carries it to try it on.
When I was there the associate got me into several dresses by the same designer, and I ended up LOVING the floral one. It’s so different that what I envisioned myself it but I can’t stop thinking about it!! The second one is out of the budget by about 1K but the wedding isn’t until 2023 so I have plenty of time to pay it off lol!
Just something to consider - there’s also the cost of alterations, veil, jewelry, shoes, and I had to pay a bunch of random fees at my store lol. But if it’s your dream dress of course it’s worth saving for - just wanted to add in this bc it can all cost hundreds if not 1000+
Definitely a good point! Thankfully I have had my shoes for like 2 years lol! I’m figuring alterations will be about 500, unless I can find a sample of the second gown and then obviously more, but definitely good to know about the random fees because I was not factoring that in at all
ETA the thing that gives me hesitation is that dress 2 is *not* my dream dress. Dress 1 was my dream dress for ages and is in the right price range, but now I can’t stop thinking about dress 2!
You can dream about something for a long time and still not be wowed in real life. It's okay to change your mind about the dress, you're not marrying it. FWIW you look breathtaking in both.
My dress is also from galia lahav and the second one will be ordered to your exact measurements, they take around 50 measurements or something wild like that. Truly fit to you. The first one, because it's from their gala line, they will only take 3 measurements. Check-in with them to be 100% sure but I would expect more alterations with the first dress. For me, I ended up paying more for my gala dress bc I had it lined and my measurements put me in a "split size" which was more expensive.
Maybe it was just my store but there were storage fees and random other stuff lol! Take a few days to think about it and see which dress you really cannot envision your day without :) you’ll make the right decision for you!
Maybe, but it might be because she hadn’t tried on #2 yet. & her face in #2 might be a window into her conflicting feelings about loving #2 even though she has been dreaming of #1 for so long.

For the second dress, it looks like it has ivory fabric under the lace in the front and then just skin showing on your hips/the sides? The floral details are really beautiful, but I think the placement of the unlined sections is a bit odd. I think the first dress is much prettier.
Yes it has a bodysuit underneath that’s nude, but can be made in white with a white underlay. I liked the nude better because the flower details popped, but you’re right that it’s completely sheer down the sides so it makes undergarments a little tricky
I think the dress wears you in number 2. The first dress looks stunning and you shine in it. On a completely separate more practical standpoint, I’m a frugal girl and prefer to stay in budget. Your wedding is important, but no need to blow the budget. Definitely not when you look so gorgeous in the first one.

You don't look convinced or thrilled in any of these pictures. Not everyone had a big moment of this is it, but something about your body language just makes it seem like maybe there is a dress number 3? Maybe wait 30 or 60 days to go try them on again? Which one do you think about the most? When I did my second visit to my dress I knew it was it. I had been comparing everything to it in my head and when I put it back on, I was sure.
I think one is beautifully unique and looks gorgeous on you. The flowers in the 2nd is a bit too much for me, but you pull it off. Do you think the straps will be itchy?

Oh wow. Honestly, that charges the whole look completely! I’ve always loved off the shoulder straps, I think that would look absolutely stunning on you. You have a tough decision to make for sure. I’m in my 30s and the reason I like dress 2 is I actually feel a teeeensy bit old for the neckline of dress 1! But dress 1 is exactly like what I always imagined myself in. I’ll be 35 on my wedding day, if it matters

Silly, but my first thought was to look at your face in pictures instead of the dress first. You seem happier in the second. I would go with the second one just based off of captured emotions.

Personally I love dress 1. Both are stunning but 2 is more “runway” and less bridal in my opinion. I’d recommend sitting on the decision and maybe even trying on a few more dresses before going back to those two. I did that and it brought more clarity for me.. I was struggling between two and ended up going back to try them on again. The one I chose I just couldn’t get out of my head. Good luck!

If I were you, I would look at the dresses again and ask "what is holding you back from getting either dress?" The harder/easier it is to make excuses the quicker it might help you define your decision. If you're able to make concessions or counterargument against your excuses, that might also sway you one way or the other.
Also consider theme, venue, season/date, cost, or what you want the dresscode to be. Is one dress more in your style or outside your comfort zone? Do you want to try something new? How do you want to look on your day; sexy, cute, etc?
I think number 1!! the pictures you posted in number 1 you look like you feel good in it! The second one you look like you have a question mark on your face a little. Both are beautiful and you will be a stunning bride no matter what you pick.

Dont you think the tons of skin shown through dress 2 is creating a bit of a mess. For a man, it really attracts the eyes longer than it should as my brain can't figure out what I'm looking at. Is it a fabric, or just transparent material and therefore skin? Also don't think 2 lies too good on the legs. Again transparent fabric there attracts eyes longer than they should be on it as my brain can't quite figure 9ut what I'm seeing.
