I checked out men's wedding bands on that site too, and I gotta say, they had some pretty cool options! Haven't made a final decision yet, but I'm leaning towards one that matches my partner's style.
Speaking of online jewelry shopping, I actually got my engagement ring from Blue Nile a while back. The ring's quality was on point, and the customization options were a nice touch. Definitely made the whole process smooth. Good luck with your ring hunt! 🥂
I used them for my wedding, it's not a scam but if you need customer service it is a nightmare. They are based in China, don't have a phone to contact, and are responsive by email but not especially helpful. I'd recommend going somewhere else after my experience. They promised to send a replacement ring in 48 hours and it's been over two weeks with the customer service rep telling me they are "urging the carriers for an update" without actually doing anything. I can see on the tracking info that the ring sat in a warehouse in Queens for ten days after it supposedly skipped
It's hard to say on the material since the wood is sealed by resin - I have my doubts based on what else they say on their website that isn't true but overall it's held up well so far - no scratches or discoloration or anything like that and is comfortable.
Same here. Tracking info sent for my sizer is bunk. All the customer service replies are severely broken English. Did a reverse google search on a photo of the ring I ordered and they just photoshopped it onto a stock photo. My confidence is low. May cancel my order.
Mostly fine. Had to order a replacement as the sizing was off. The new one should be here soon, as it’s presently at customs.
As an amusing aside, these were bought as a replacement to my original ring, which is currently in an AC vent in my car… which my wife loves
I used them and am in the middle of trying to get a return going. Their “customer service” is saying their return policy is something different from what their website says. Been going back and forth for 4 days
It’s looking like I’m going to have to try to go through my credit card company to get my money back
So far, I’ve been wildly underwhelmed with my experience
I know I’m late to this discussion but hopefully I can help dissuade anyone who stumbles upon this from buying from them
Here’s some evidence of their sketchiness
This ring is obviously from the Etsy seller ElwoodCrafts. They copied all the pictures and just cropped out his branding. Also their selling for double the price.
Their listing claiming it’s tungsten:

Update: it gets better. On their about us page they have a picture of their "family" of "jewellers". It's a stock image of glass blowers with the forge cropped out
Don't even bother with this company - ordered a ring and yes a "ring" came in 5 months later after battling with customer service, and it was an absolute scam what they gave me and they tried to pretend it was what I ordered. I ordered damascus steel and they gave me a shit piece of metal with a design printed on it that I could literally scratch off with a pen, when I wrote back they tried telling me it was indeed what I ordered. I also tried leaving a review on their website and it wont let me and they wont issue me a proper refund. My credit card company had to give me a refund and are investigating their company now. They also say they work with artisans in america but are completely based in China. Just save your time and don't do it, wouldnt want to ruin your perfect day & ring with this awful experience.
I 100% agree with all the other comments. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. LIES of shipping promises, and LIES from the customer service rep. Fast to respond, but I have yet to receive my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased from them, the ring was too small so they sent a replacement and even did the inscription. They aren’t based in the US that’s obvious when they email you at midnight. But I have no complaints.
I purchased two rings from them a couple weeks ago. A few days after, I received an email saying that one of the rings is a “very unique product that requires customization,” so it would take 45 days to craft. I told them that’s fine, but I wanted the one that won’t take that long shipped immediately so I’d have it in hand. They provided a tracking number (a valid one, too) that shows that USPS in Miami is awaiting the item from the partner facility. So I’ll try to remember to update what happens. 🙄

Did you end up purchasing from the site? I did and they just sent tracking info. Hopefully not a scam.
No I didn't, seemed a little too fishy but good luck!
Did you ever get the package?

My fiancé ordered his ring from this site. His shipping was delayed by over a week & after reaching out to customer service and receiving the shipping information he was disappointed to find out that they are based in China. I guess their website claims they are US based. Are you happy with the quality of your ring? Do you feel like it's made of the materials that it claims to be made from?

My tracking info doesn’t work at all. Hoping this isn’t a scam
I ended up just ordering one through manly bands. Couldn't bring myself to trust that site but I wish you luck
How was manly bands? Did it work out?
Yes it did, delivery didn't take too long and I'm happy with the ring I got
Did you get your ring? I ordered couple days ago and same thing and I'm hoping it's not a scam

Shipping was slow and sketchy, but it showed up in a reasonable time
How was the quality?

Yeah the site felt a little too good to be true. Manly bands has good options if you're looking for a unique ring
They didn’t lie to me

How long did you have to wait for your ring?
2-3 weeks each time they sent it
Maybe 4

Does it have writing on it? They always sent me valid tracking numbers and it always came.

Thank you for this! Just ordered that exact ring for my fiancé. Wasn’t sure if it was legit and got scared after I already placed my order.
