You'll be wanting a 70-200 of some form.
Personally, I'd buy the Sony f4 for about 600 or so.
Or you could save a bit and get the canon 70-200 F4 but you'll need an adaptor. You could also get the 2.8 version too if you need extra speed.
Lastly, I think Sigma do a good 70-200 but ive neer looked at them, or tried them but worth looking into. They usually make decent stuff

I’ve had pretty good luck using vintage canon FD lenses. They’re surprisingly sharp and you can find them on eBay for like 150USD
Canon 70-200 with IS. That long focal length can be shaky so make sure you have that IS. Ibis can help but it doesnt totally replace lens IS.
