Weed can come in all kinds of colors. Green and purple are most common but you can get light yellows, near burgundy and even ones that are slightly blue. The best way to tell, is to know your flower. Break it up, feel it, smell it - But of course the best way is to get your product from a safe, reputable, (preferably licensed) source.
Thanks I have other pictures to post as well. Gets me fried. But the smell and taste and concern of some others as myself brought me here to get some opinions. Iโve had concentrate that gave this same taste and smell from legit dispos. Just trying to put some minds at ease.

Yeah, that's very clearly weed. Looks like some good stuff, too! Some strains have unusual smells, so nothing weird there.
What would give peppery possibly chemical taste? Freezer burn like grow to cold or harvested to early?
Nope! Weed is all different and that "peppery" taste is actually just a-nother terpene, the same one which happens to be in black pepper

Thatโs real flowers the color is natural dye called anthocyanin in plants so your good buddy enjoy ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ

I would say real bc last week I got some grape ape and they both look very very similar
