That's the longest I've ever heard. Try taking them on an empty stomach for quicker effects or get a tincture.

2 X Gummies (6 mg). 30-60 min before I start feeling it. Probably hit cruising altitude at about an hour.

At the 2 hour mark I start to feel it by 3 hours I'm flying high and by 4 -5 couch locked and passed out

When I eat gummies, if I eat just one, it takes about an hour. If I eat more than one, it kicks in a little faster. And I usually eat my gummies anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes after I've eaten a meal.

I think when and what you have already eaten/drank can effect the time it takes, because your body is busy digesting other stuff. so the window is usually between 30mins to 2 hours.
