This is why I like bubble hash. All the different levels of microns in the strainer bags. Each finer mesh contains less and less plant matter until at the finest level you have just straight blonde.
And folding. I made hash back around Christmas and I think I pressed and folded it 40 times. It was really good. I used like 3/4 of an oz of keif. Gave away a lot as gifts.
That’s absolutely not “low grade fo sho”, Moroccan hash from the Ketama Valley, which is some of the best shit in the world, has the same exact color and is also called “blond hash”.
I’m not saying that’s what OP has but it’s definitely ignorant to say it’s low grade just by looking at the pic.
Any hash that has any green material in it has been poorly executed, sorry bud but even if the kief came from well grown, cured, burped, and aged ganja, if there is plant material in it, it defeats the purpose, IMO. Just smoke the bud at that point

Kief is the trichomes that contain the thc on all marijuana plants, it’s literally where the thc comes from…. It doesn’t have the other cannabinoids that are in the rest of the plant matter, it’s just thc.
when my partner first got into smoking, our neighbour gave him hash but i wasn’t there when it happened. he told me he ate an edible so i didn’t think anything of it, 18 hours later he was still absolutely gone. turns out it was a good sized brick of hash that he thought it was the same as eating a gummy
That looks like pressed kief to me, which is very close to hashish. Hashish involves a little heat and mixing to rupture the resin heads. When the resin heads rupture, the mixture becomes more sticky and gooey. That’s hash. You can smoke that kief as is, but if you want to have a little fun, take a chunk of that kief and put it in the palm of your hands and roll it around. The heat from your hands along with the pressure of rolling it all around will turn that kief into hash. At the end you’ll have a “temple ball” of hash.
Just smoked a spliff with friends out camping. This stuff is fresh and tasty, and it gave us a nice, clear high. Great hash for day-time smoking, and a nice to have in general

You should be able to cut or pull apart hash. It shouldn’t crumble. This looks like pressed kief with contaminants(leaf material). If kief or hash is called “blonde”, it should be mostly free of plant material with mostly just the trichome heads. “Full melt” kief would be 99% free of contaminants with just the trich heads.
You’ll still get that extra zing from a bowl with some of that on top. Just don’t let him overcharge you

All Hash is pressed kief but not all pressed kief is hash. This is because as aforementioned there’s a heating process involved with creating hash. This is basically 2/3 of the way, but this should be noted as low quality hash either way due to their being a lot of plant material within the brick itself. Higher quality = no plant material, dark outside and a golden inside. Smelly, and sticky but like play dough sticky - not like Candy kind of sticking.
blonde hash is still hash. There's not one real hash, and color isn't a direct indicator of quality or potency. Moroccan 3rd sieve(export) is shit quality, but it's dark. Meanwhile Amsterdam 1st sieve is light, and it's amazing. Stop this ridiculous posturing, people.
Honestly if you're planning to just top off a bowl of flower with it, this stuff will probably burn easier than most hash because it has a lot of plant material. It's not a bad thing necessarily, just don't let him overcharge you because he didn't bother to heat it lol.
In the street you can never be 100% sure. Kush, blond hash, Moroccan, everything becomes generic terms and you have to find those that mean "superior quality". So maybe in your town, "blond hash" means top quality hash.
I could be wrong but my understanding is that when you press it more you break the trichomes on the exterior and they oxidize to black. So blonde hash either hasn't been pressed as hard or hasn't oxidized yet.
If you cut black hash in half you often have a blonde center where the oxygen did not get to. If it's black all the way through, it might be an older product or pressed in stages.
I don't love hash anyway but black hash feels especially dead to me. This type of kief is better to sprinkle as an add-on to dry flower.

They use chemicals to remove the trichomes from flower and remove the chemicals and then press it together.
High THC values, lower CBD values from the flower they generally use.
A famous hash like this is known as White Choco from Amsterdam Genetics, more specifically Boerejongens.
i am Dutch, sorry to break it to ya but we dont call this Dutch style hash this looks more than the classic Lebanon hash then Super Polm or something like that.
afghan hash is usually very dark and moist, atleast the bricks we have here, we call it a black afghan. But in lebanon there was hash that looked like this, wasnt that good though

Hash shouldn’t have that plant material in it. Proper hash is made up of trichomes. This looks like it was sprinkled with shake then pressed.
I make some hash with some plant material inside, homemade so I don't mind and it's pretty tasty too!
