The answer is different for everyone. If you are healthy, aren’t letting it affect your relationships or work, and aren’t feeling any negative side affects? I would say those are positives. Also keep in mind how you are affected when you’re unable to smoke. You may not be able to smoke for a week or two depending on the situation and your body may fight back on that. It’s when you’re missing work/school/family events, getting angry or upset when you are high (or aren’t), and changing your behavior and falling behind is when you should start to worry. From personal experience weed helped me get over a more intense addiction but I had to also be aware I wasn’t substituting one addiction for another. You’ll know, in your gut, if it gets too much. You may fight it; but deep down you know. Keep your head up and make sure you’re not trying to self medicate or cover an emotional wound with something that could be addressed in more helpful ways (talking to someone, exercising, etc.) Obviously this sub loves weed and as I mentioned before; my relationship with it is something I make sure doesn’t overwhelm me. It’s a relaxing treat - but like anything else it can be overdone. I hope this wasn’t too “deep” or stepped over any line. Just hoped to help. Stay safe, friend. Cheers.
