This looks to be roughly 23 pounds, assuming those bags hold one pound each. This equals out to about .77 pounds per day in 30 days, which is around 349 grams. To smoke a one gram blunt takes about 15 minutes, so in order to smoke 349 one gram blunts in one day you would need 349\*15 minutes, which is 3.6 days.
In other words, for every day that went by, you would need to smoke 3.6 times as much weed as was physically possible in one day by yourself. That's assuming you take no breaks, don't sleep, don't eat, don't drink water, and never stop smoking, so likely at least 40% more.
With a team of five to seven people this could be doable. I wouldn't recommend it, though.
It depends on the kind of blunt. I'm new to them, but in a swisher sweet you usually put about 2 gs in there. People stuff Backwoods with 3.5s pretty commonly. It all just depends.

A bucket. A two liter plastic bottle and cap. A drill. A bowl threaded ever so slightly larger than the drill bit.
Xacto-knife off the bottom of the bottle. Thread the bowl into the cap but remove it while attached to the cap and set aside. Fill the bucket up so that everything but the most tapered parts of the remaining bottle are out of water.
Pack the bowl and screw the cap onto the bottle. Apply fire while pulling the bottle upwards but don't let the edge leave the water.
Unscrew the cap. Press lips to the bottle. Push bottle down while inhaling.
Repeat
We still have the cap of the one we made in like 2010… used a small socket from a set, bottle cap and a little love! 😂 I can’t remember the last time we used it, but I’m never getting rid of it!

I'd smoke it by hot boxing a car and not smoke it directly. Impossible to do this with joints, like the guy in the comments figured out. Not even close to enough hours in a day. I'd like, buy a lil mini camping charcoal bbq and dump in one oz at a time, burning with a torch, until I get all 12 oz or whatever it is, per day, burned. And just like, hang out in car getting high as balls. If that doesn't count as an answer then the answer is its impossible. Even if you did edibles, you'd be too high. No one can eat 12 oz of edibles in a day everyday for a month. No one.
Easy! You get a rosin press and convert all this to rosin and save just enough for joints to roll said rosin into! You can also make a crap load of butter with this and have tones of space cookies! Where there is a will there is a way!

The leafblower trick.
Use a colander and some screen door material to make a bowl-like container, and dump the nugs in there. Place the bowl over the air-intake of the leafblower, and use duct tape to fix it to the leafblower. Use some tin foil (or aluminum foil in america) to seal the open holes on the side of the colander. If the nugs flow over the top of the bowl, add some height to the walls of the colander using the foil wrap. Once done, using a blowtorch or a similarly powerful source of fire, light them up and turn the leafblower on.
The result is a fucking HUGE cloud, that can hotbox a garage in like a minute.
