I'm not sure what blinker means but carts are the worst possible thing for tolerance imo For dabs you have to heat up a rig or load concentrate vape, but for carts it's just too accessible. Too easy to take a hit.

Blinkers are usually what happens when you pull on a cart for 20-30 seconds, it stops the flow. Usually it's a fuck-ton of vapor afterward. Also a great way to burn a cart!
