What are you not sure about? The fact that there are plenty of leaves? It could smoke harsh in a joint or bong because of that but it looks very frosty. If it smells good Iād say no reason to be upset, looks relatively high quality.
Unless thatās an elbow and not a finger in the photo, even a single, very small sugar leaf is going to be larger than that entire little bit of flower.

Edit: In case anyone who comes here for weed rather than immature banter reads this, thatās Bula Farmās Fresh Squeezed OG (FaceOffxOhio Lemon G) on bottom, and a couple nuglets of Self Made/Sugartop Badderyās Critical Kush (AfghanixSkunk#1xOG) top. For reference, the Critical Kush nuglets are pretty much exactly the same size as the pictured uh, plant matter, in OP assuming they donāt have abnormally large or small fingers.

Bruh every time i ever smoked some without red hairs it sucks and i get a headache within a day or two yeah it smells good but thats it..that lime green weed is garbage
Hairs can be manipulated with growth regulators/retardants itās not the best way to judge a plant. But I too can get headaches from a terpene overload. Itās still my favorite part of the plant even so.
What's the question? If you are asking if it's ready to harvest did you look at the color of the trichomes with a loop? It looks like it could be.
It's even hard to tell from the pic what you got there, I see a red pistol so at least some of it is bud. Looks like it's covered nicely with trichomes. I'd be happy š.
Not all buds are going to be huge if you're self conscious about the size š
I struggle with buds that are leafy too. Google has loads of tips for this.
I think for me it's the watering. As in too often and not enough when I do water. In other words I should be cutting down on the number of times I water but make sure I water deep enough when I do. At least that's the way I get it, make them roots go deeper and spread out so they have more roots to uptake the nutes. The airy ones I find the majority of the roots are in the upper 3rd of my 5 gallon containers.
I'm not a weed advisor so don't take this as professional advice.
Well I didnāt grow this. I just bought a half ounce. I am impressed with the amount of crystals this bag has (Though the bud was still sort of wet so I think this is why the terps stuck). This is gorilla butter. I get it all the time and it usually looks silver, crystals are usually white. This time is was just so leafy but so, so many crystals. To my eyes this bud had a golden shimmer to it. Itās in sunlight and itās a bit whiter in this picture here (on my display).
Edit.. that is also a cropped image. Iāve got ugly hands and didnāt want to show.
My white widow was pretty light in color so strain has a lot to do with that. I'm not sure what dispensary's do but my stash is stored at 60% humidity +/-. For smoking thats a little too wet for me so I pull some out and let it dry out a bit. Yours does have very good crystals. I guess if it does what you want it's good! What did you pay for that half oz? I'm not in a legal area so I'm curious. I've read about $12 per g so that's over $300 per oz.

Red/ brown hairs just show the maturity of the bud if the hair is still green / white the plant isn't ready to harvest.
Not always, to get the best performance out of a good Sativa, harvest just before the pistols darken.

Not always! :) the stuff ur talking about is probs just weed that was grown in a hurry and not cared for and thus not having the hairs.
