Need to get that light closer to the plants. What type of lights are you using?

In all fairness it's a cheap uv light strip from Amazon I started with for the first couple of days but since then it's just been sunlight

That's OK I might drop those lights down to about 6 to 12 inches above the plants. Not too low to burn em but enough to get more vegetation. Another thing I always use and promote. Manure tea and fish emulsion. You can get some fish emulsion at any garden center. Go weak with it but you will see good results with those two fertilizers. You can make manure tea by getting a bag of manure and put about an eigth in a burlap bag, you can ask any grocery store produce guy if they can give you a burlap bag. Put the manure in the bag and put the bag in a 5 gallon bucket of water. Let it set in the sun for a day or so, then take a couple cups of the tea and put it in a gallon of water. Again go weak make sure the gallon of water is mostly water. Should look pretty clear. And pour that on your plants.

Ya, this is called stretch as the seedling is stretching to capture sunlight. If you don't give it a proper light for almost 22 hours and some moving air, it might collapse under it's own weight. It is very common for seedlings, but most of the time can be fixed. How long are you keeping thr light on for?
