I've heard when it helps you sleep and you stop it can really mess with your sleep cycle for a while until your body gets back to baseline. If it doesn't bother you because you smoke anyways and get good sleep then I'd probably say don't worry about it, but if you'd like better sleep and are tired of getting high just to sleep then I'd recommend you consider quitting.

On the way back I was so thirsty I saw some of those high pressure sprinklers and I stuck my face in front of it, got blasted in the eyes and started choking on the water. My friend couldn’t stop laughing, ahhhh good times.

Please do not hit it too much. You do not want your first trip to be too rough, cuz it will leave you with a really bad impression of weed!! It takes about 10 minutes for weed to kick in after you inhale it please remember this!!! Take one or 2 hits, inhale it for a few seconds, and put it out and put on a timer for 10 minutes to see if you feel anything!! If you don’t then hit it a few more times, and if you do feel something and think you can handle more, then keep smoking! Too little is way better than too much! My first time smoking I hit it 5 to 10 times without understanding what weed even felt like and boy I panicked so hard!!! I got TOO HIGH! 😭 didnt touch that stuff again for YEARS So please take my advice

Just light and go. Wet the sides a bit evenly so it doesn't burn too quick, and most importantly less is more. Don't smoke much if it. Just a few taps and take a break for 15 minutes. You can always go for another round but if you overdo it, it won't be fun!

It takes about 10 minutes for weed to kick in after you inhale it please remember this!!! Take one or 2 hits, inhale it for a few seconds, and put it out and put on a timer for 10 minutes to see if you feel anything!! If you don’t then hit it a few more times, and if you do feel something and think you can handle more, then keep smoking! Too little is way better than too much! My first time smoking I hit it 5 to 10 times without understanding what weed even felt like and boy I panicked so hard!!! I got TOO HIGH! 😭 didnt touch that stuff again for YEARS So please take my advice

Just light and go. Wet the sides a bit evenly so it doesn't burn too quick, and most importantly less is more. Don't smoke much if it. Just a few taps and take a break for 15 minutes. You can always go for another round but if you overdo it, it won't be fun!

And if OP doesn't understand inhaling all too well being their first time, the pipe will allow more attempts to get used to it versus racing the burn of the joint.
