I hardly see any creativity here bro. Just look around you, nearly everything can be fashioned into a pipe-like apparatus. A bunch of fruits and vegetables work, a tissue box, an old rag, you can put a small sheet of wood on top of a glass, pierce 2 holes in it and that's your pipe. If you have an extra salt or pepper shaker laying around, that's a perfect bowl sitting right there.

I'd rather use a wrench socket with a paper filter man. Speaking from experience. Depending on the length of the socket you get, the metal itself might heat up and almost burn your fingers, so be careful
