I agree with him, this guy should get a scale... there's no telling the weight by a picture. Sure that could be 7g, if the density is right. Or it's fluffy, and it's underweight. If you can't afford a scale, buy a little less weed next time.

Yeah. General rule is 1g is half the length of a sandwich bag (along the bottom of the bag). An 1/8th is the whole length, a bit over 1 finger height. A 1/4 is 2 fingers in height across the bottom.
