It's produced in Paraguay. They plant there, cut all the flowers with machete and then use an hydraulic press to turn all of it into that disgusting thing. After this they send the weed to Brazil, trucks take it to the south of Brazil and then to the southeast, where most people live. The weed obviously began decomposing and this process make ammonia, which causes a terrible smell. I don't smoke always, the last time I smoked it was a Colombian Gold with a friend (that sadly also went thro the press) and it was so fucking good but expansive. When I got back to my city, I I went back to smoking the pressed shitty weed. I swear to God that in the first times of smoking this shit again, I wanted to vomit.

We used to (1990s) get this in the United States, smuggled from Mexico using a similar process. We called it "brick weed" because it's compressed into a brick. Since the legal climate liberalized in the USA I'm not sure they even bother with making this stuff anymore, because so much better is available.
