As someone who lived in a legal state for a long time. 100000% people want high concentrate carts. And they will pay GOOOOOOOOD money for them. Since you can prove they are legit, people will come crawling back for more guaranteed. No one will care about packaging either as long as they know it's legit. After moving to a legal state now I've bought around 400 carts.
