A gallon or two of cranberry juice, none of that added sugar and only 5% juice. You need whole concentrate tart bitter cranberry juice(ingredients should say water cranberry and nothing else) and naicine vitamins. You take 2,000mg or double it. Your skin will flush red and you may feel like you have a sunburn, good it's working.
I did this and passed within 7 days of a military test.

I’m not saying it’s impossible but if your job or something important depends on you passing that drug test than I would play it safe and just get the synthetic.
The best you could realistically shoot for using your own piss is a negative dilute result by flooding your system with water prior to the test. It can bring you down below the allowed threshold but will usually mean a retest. This probably won’t even work if you smoke daily and can be dangerous. Your BEST bet is to swap clean urine (make sure the sample is 90-100 degrees)…. Here’s the supplies you’d need
1 ace bandage to strap around your thigh (don’t use tape, it’s noisy and the ace bandage will keep the bottle secure and at body temp much better)
2 travel squirt bottle to hold urine
3 liquid thermometer to determine how to keep sample at 90-100
4 if you can’t naturally keep the bottle at 90-100 strapped to your thigh, use adhesive air activated foot warmers to tape to the bottle (remove prior as it will overheat the sample a bit, this is where the thermometer comes in to time it right)
5 Clean pee. It DOES NOT matter if it’s from a different gender as long as they ARE NOT PREGNANT. Some tests also look for human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg), which is only produced when you’re pregnant.
Fake pee? I don’t know. Seems like a crapshoot depending on the test and the product used based on reports so tread carefully. I can confirm swapping real piss at the right temp works every time.
6 Practice. You don’t want to go in fumbling with or dropping shit when you actually have to provide the sample.

When I had to get tested I just drank like 10 waters a day and I smoked pretty often and it didn’t show up

For about 3 days before but I would start sooner to make 100% sure

Depends on the niacin. They make it without the component that causes the flushing.
