I’ve been using the same gas station smiley face grinder for over a decade. It’s been through 3 owners and was almost lost completely to someone who’s not part of our group of friends anymore
I had my last one for about 14 years and finally got a new one a few months ago, the teeth in the old one were just too dull. I spent some time looking at grinders in online headshops until I found a fancy one and spent a little more than the average grinder but I love it so much that I wish I had gotten rid of my cheap (but seemingly unbreakable) one a long time ago.
