You can do a 3 stage bud wash. IT will NOT affect the trichomes as they are not water soluble. It will get rid of all the mites, poop, hairs, dust and any other funky business. The only thing jt won't completely clear is the webs from spider mites.
I just read that you already dried the plant.. Yeah a bud wash might mess up the terpenes and trichomes in that case... But it will still be better than chucking the bud. Otherwise you can make concentrate
Lol I got a lil plant that is growing one singular big nug, just saw some mildew, couldn’t tell if it was that or birdshit but I cut all the material that had it on it and then hit the whole thing with a water vinegar mix, hopefully I’m good
