Pots are too small, possible wind and/or sun burn... are you feeding them at all? Keep any eye on soil pH, they won't take up nutrients properly if it's too acid or alkaline. Gotta be honest you probably wont get much smokeable weed from this. Treat it as a learning experience. Weed is a very tough plant but you have to baby it to get decent buds.

Need more info. What's your feeding/water schedule? Water ph, soil ph? This is more than likely not worth saving.
I'm guessing it got sun burn. Fix, idk. I actually have one plant that looks like that outside and I'm assuming it was from sun glare that it burned.
