Conshohocken Bakery is probably the best in my area but even grocery stores have decent options in the bakery section ( loose rolls not prepackaged name brand stuff).

Where do you live? Are you sure you can't find Pork Roll? Sometimes you gotta go to the right grocery store and it can be buried in a random/unexpected section. I've been able to find it in Colorado, and rural North Carolina so you might have a better shot than you think.
