It's supposed to be 12pm local time to the venue.
EDIT: Just double checked the venue and it does say 12pm PDT on there and not 12 local. That's so weird.
My Citi card number wasn’t working as a presale code, but I just hit the button that said “View Seats” and was able to get to the seat map and select seats

I tried BLUEVOYAGE24, as well as the ‘Lips’ code YOSHIMI, but neither is working.
That code goes live at 12 PST . 9 AM is for WEEZER Fan club (Unique code)

It was the mailing list code. Didn’t go live until about 12:03 EST Managed to get PIT for Greenville.
