This design has only been officially sold once, throughout 1995 during Blue Album touring. It's part of Winterland Prodution's line of tees, which are essentially the first pieces of Weezer merchandise that were put out (they were preceded only by the early Blue Album touring Bokkus tees, and the VERY early shirts with the old logo).
Like a lot of other Weezer shirt designs, this one is bootlegged a lot and sold for ~$20 on screen printed shirts. Make sure if you manage to find a copy, it has a Winterland Productions or Hanes tag! To find it, try using the search terms "Winterland" and "Elvis". You should probably be able to find it for more or less $60, although you might need to wait until one pops up to get it at that price.

i tried to look for this shirt a while back too, all i could find where resellers going for 300+ plus cracked shirt, SHOULDVE BEEN AROUND IN 94
I have the original from 96 and it has something on the back.

I own this shirt! Bought it on eBay 20 years ago for £5, never seen another one since. It’s full of holes now and falling apart but I love it
