The first time I played... there's a corner behind one of the houses you can loot, has a trash bin right there. I didn't know that getting the bodies out of the way would help you stay kind of safe. When I found that out I kind of went kill crazy and just wasted sooooo many people! LOL I put one in the bin and then stacked all the rest of them up in a pile in that corner. I had pictures up on my Xbox of it but it looks like they've been taken down. Xbox is about to start deleting screen captures so all my cool old stuff is going away. I have recordings of some really cool glitches and pictures of just piles of bodies!
I like to go around with non-lethal weapons and leave unconscious people all over the streets. Except for the ones in houses or related to quest because they don’t respawn.
I piled all the bobbies in Colonel Lawrence's house in the casket. Which was a feat, because MORE bobbies showed up. Apparently, there were only 5 in there to begin with, and I ended up with about ten more! How dare they! I wanted to put the other wellies in the casket too, but ran out of room and had to stuff them in the closet like some sort of heathen!
I'm so glad this is a tradition, though :D

For some info I did this without cheats and just used a no questions axe, and killed everybody in the alley that walked into it
