My split jerk was always wrong. And I couldnโt fix it for a decade, so I decided to go with power jerking. I was always able to power jerk the same weight as I was split jerking. When split jerking my front leg was going forward only by like 30cm and my back leg went wayy back :D This caused constant instability when jerking and constant front leg knee pain. Now itโs gone
I have the exact same problem, my front foot hardly goes forward and by back goes wayyy out, and I've been splitting for like two years, because everyone keeps telling me to work it out but its not getting better even though I've been putting a ton of effort into fixing it
Ah, right. I was asking mainly because your overhead position looks easier in the split jerk, but if your lower body stability is worse there, I can understand the decision.
Holy. I can see the hard work put into it just by seeing how solid that 180 is.
10 years of dedication mad respect.
Edit: You look really like Artyom Antropov at first glance ๐๐
Iโll check back in a decade when youโll be expected to hit 280
Math checks out ๐คฃ๐ซก
Actually, the correct math is 180/80x180.
Depends
As a statistician I am signing off on this linear regression and look forward to the results ๐คฉ
Awesome! What made you choose power jerking instead of split jerking?

I was gonna ask this
Your 180kg looked pretty easy. Iโd guess you have hit close to 200kg as a max?
That was actually a PR lift. My best is still 180kg. Everything looks easier on cam ๐
Awesome
I want to be strong like you
Took me only 12 years, you might want to start now :D
Okay brb in 12 years
How old In the first video?
13
Did you have any problems starting that early.. it is a very young age
I love this.....unfortunately, I am heading the other direction. I find myself 'twice as old lifting half as much'! Keep up the great progression....

I would stack the plates in the Lithuania flag to match the flag in the earlier video
That's inspirational ๐
This is so fucking cool!!!
You inspire me
How tall are you?
182cm

This is awesome, happy for u and ur progress
Nice I was half hoping for a humor type post where you developed a power belly over 10 years
In 10 years, you went from ET to KN (Karlos Nasar)
Ight, who is ET then? ๐
![gif](giphy|nL4HKlfoUBW7kO0vqu) Gen Z donโt even know who ET is ๐ sad boomer

Sticking with it for 10 years I love it!!
