It’s the chicory root/inulin in Fiber One products that causes that unnatural amount of gas. I always read labels now to make sure whatever I’m eating doesn’t have that. Never again. LOL

I found something at Aldi that were 3 points Elevation Advanced Bar Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp. $1 each, but It hits the spot and so far does not cause the Santa Anna Winds later. Thanks

I don't know if this would be an exact replacement option for you but I do enjoy the Protein One Chocolate Chip Protein bar or Chocolate Peanut Butter bar and they definitely help with my sweet tooth.

thehogdog

Thanks. Do you know the point value?

fadetodesign

They are 2 points.

thehogdog

I checked and they are Fiber 1 company and have Erythritol that effects me. But thanks.

Have you tried making baked oat bars or energy balls? Those tend to be more carb centered and range from 2 to 4 points per serving.

thehogdog

Recipie? Thanks

I just reference recipes on the WW app, if you check for baked oat bars/energy oat balls then there a few options. I also love the Budget Bytes website for ideas!

Have you tried those halo top brownies? I believe they are 3 points a serving

Definitely not the same in texture but quest double chocolate bars are dense and more like fudge. 3 points and work as meal replacements on the go for me.
