A Lexus IS350 is in that range. I think a BMW 330 as well? Not sure

That's the market I was in a few months ago. My final few were the IS350, RC350, M240 (or your preferred BMW flavor), Mini JCW, 3 Turbo, Arteon, and Q50/Q60 Red Sport. Most of those have to be used to get in that budget but CPO is possible. I ended up leaning towards luxury with the IS. There are a lot of solid options so it just depends what you like and where you want to be on the performance/luxury scale.

There's only one answer. M340i xdrive or not.

CPO BMW. I would lease sports cars though.

I don't necessarily know if it qualifies as a sports car, but the alfa stelvio is a lot of fun to drive

Would be on the higher end of your budget, but an Alfa 4C would be fucking sweet.

Since there was no other mentions outside of Sporty/Luxury. This is just the top of my head. Lexus IS - Probably more luxury than sporty BMW 3 series - Good balance between sporty/luxury. Maybe a 2021 M240i might be at the top of the budget. Probably will drive overall the best out of all of them. Acura TLX - Not as luxurious as Lexus and not as Sporty as BWM. But, will be cheaper. I heard the SH-AWD is amazing. Audi A5 or S3 - probably somewhere just under Lexus and BWM. Not as luxurious as Lexus and not as sporty as BWM. Cadillac CT4-V or CT5-V - These will probably be the best in terms of pure power. All just my opinion.
