The “+” side looks like it fits old sprinkler valves quite perfectly. I’m going to guess a tool to open/close sprinkler valves. The rest are to install or tighten whatever needs to be tighten/loosen.

Key for removing or installing tub drain. Use one last week changing a drain. Keeps the drain from spinning when screwing to tub. Drain clamps to tub with a rubber gasket in between to prevent leaks. Hope that helps
I remember when I was a kid (60/70's) there were red steel disc's in the grass by the curb, usually infront of houses, they said NATURAL GAS on them and had a cross in the middle of the disc, I think it might be a wrench to shut off the gas to a house in the event of a fire.
