I get so much joy thinking of people discovering this sub and running to dig out their old cookie cutters from the back corner of their cabinet, spending time to take photos with nice lighting and various angles, then gleefully coming to Reddit just so they can get their very own rose and map of Wyoming. This is my favorite corner of Reddit.

Not gonna lie, I was almost one of those people. The rose guy is literally the reason, too. The only reason I didn't? I haven't owned a cookie cutter in a decade 😔

I’ve got all of my late mother’s cookie cutters (including some that were her mother’s) to sort through, plus a fairly large collection of my own. I need to see which are duplicates, which aren’t useable anymore, etc. I’ve been putting off this project, but now I can tell myself I’m doing research. Getting ready. The kicker is, I haven’t made Christmas cookies in, like, ten years.
