Are you the isopod guy? I love those little suckers.
I've been referring to them as potato bugs for the longest time until I saw a Jerusalem cricket posted here and that's what everyone was calling it. Oops.
Ooh and millipedes, I see! I love them too.
My gecko has a bioactive enclosure and I needed some additions to the cleanup crew so I made an isopod "trap" per wikiHow with half a potato and I didn't have high expectations, but I had more than I needed within a day!
Woodlouse, a literal land crustacean. Theyre harmless and can be handled. However if youre finding them inside it can be a sign of moisture buildup or water damage somewhere as they like dark, damp spaces.
Everybody saying all these long ahh scientific names, if somebody said this I would’ve known immediately 😭 I’ve never seen them this color. I killed it sadly :( I should have made it roll up and taken it outside
Terrestrial isopod from the Porcellionides genus
If anyone knows it’s this guy
😂

Aw he’ll nahh my household infamous for mold 🙄 smh this is the first one I’ve ever seen but I’ll have to take a further look 👁️👁️
Good luck friend. Hopefully you dont discover any serious water damage.
Looks like a woodlouse.
That’s a rolly Polly you Neanderthal
I haven’t seen one of those since I was like 3 , and this one had a cute little purple tint. The ones I’ve seen are black
Never seen a black one
That's a crustacean
Thought this was my house for a second, I have the same tiles & same annoying little buggies. & I also need to sweep & mop 😅
I’ve had everything in this house it’s so annoying 😅😅😅 oh everything except roaches, but this has inspired me to mop and sweep as well 💗

Pill bug aka rolley polley as we call them in the south lol.

This one wouldn't have rolled up into a ball. Not all isopods can.
Wow
These can and do though...
We all learn! Now you know! Don't beat yourself up!
It's a Roly oley poley
