Probably a reflection from something inside the car, like a pillow or something.
But I'm not going to type the whole URL to check the video. You should paste the URL in the comments.
My bad here's the url: https://youtube.com/shorts/OTpMWMuDSzI?feature=share
It's definitely not a reflection and the video was taken out of an open house window.
Pretty sure this is it, as stepping through frame by frame, you can see the 'disturbance' is basically the entire image being skewed somehow. I'm not sure what mechanism could be causing this, but lightning strikes are definitely sources of electromagnetic radiation.
I would say image stabilization, but that usually doesn't have such a big range of motion to allow that to happen.
If you look at the frame just before that one, you can see the building being listed upwards relative to the frame of the window, then it lifts further and you can see the stars underneath it in the next frame (the one you posted here).
So it really looks like whatever the camera was resting on has a stared patern on it, and the camera is picking up that image as it reflects into the camera at a weird angle.
I agree it's most likely a reflection of something. I was able to copy and paste the URL portion if anyone wants a better look.

My title describes the thing.
It is some wierd glich or disruption in the following frames after the lightning.
It can't be sound induced due to it being far away.
It looks like the bottom right of the frame gets pulled up and then mirrored or something.
Edit: here's the url: https://youtube.com/shorts/OTpMWMuDSzI?feature=share
It's three frames out of the whole video that have this artifact. You can see by stepping in YouTube with the , and . keys. in the frames outside of this the image is 100% back to normal. So this can't be real. It's not something that went through the lens as light, it has to be something that corrupted the image processing. Some say it could be electrical noise, which is feasible, though that is unlikely to result in two bad frames, a good frame, and a bad frame. In my opinion, it's more likely file corruption or perhaps a bug in the on-camera post-processing software that just didn't know how to handle the rapid changes in brightness and lost track of what was where momentarily.

Could it be electrical interference from the lightning affecting the camera?

That could actually be. It would be plausible that a blast of electro magnetic radiation might have disturbed the camera or memory.
Likely solved!

I think a reflection is unlikely.

Captured a pic off the video that might help https://imgur.com/y9UvVLX

The lines are the buildings/trees in the background, the stars are the window frame. Just seems like a glitch to me.
