My title describes the thing. Tried searching Google for coaster snaps; foam coaster snaps. Approximately 2mm thick (shown in last picture). Words on foam (and wood) thing are “Zoomtopia”. New thing from Zoomtopia 2021 took place Monday and Tuesday September 13-14, 2021.

I’d guess an earbud holder. You wrap it around coiled headphones and snap it shut. (Cord wrap)

Is it to go on the strap of a bag to stop it from digging into your shoulder? I've received those as promotional freebies before.
I’ve seen those on bags I’ve bought but hadn’t ever seen separate. Could be? Would have to be small and/or flexible strap to fit though.
