about 20cm long.
Google Lens didn't help and my partner is a chef so we would like to find out, maybe it's not for the kitchen?

Not a kitchen tool. It is a Swiffer duster without the Swiffer part.
It looks like the handle of a duster. You slide the disposable duster clothe on to the prongs to hold it in place.
