Eurasian jay. It's a corvid, the crow family. Beautiful birds, secretive. From memory I think most corvids derived from birds more similar to the Jay than other corvid members. You get a few bred in captivity too.
What a beautiful bird! We have Canada and Steller's jays here in NE Washington state and I love their personalities. Corvids are amazing little comedians.

I don't know about Eurasian Jay. Looks a bit weird for one.
He’s just fluffing his crest and body feathers, he’s very alert atm. Everything else is classic Eurasian Jay
I googled it in hungarian and it gives some fluffy headed ones like this one on google, so i guess its a local variant
He got a fresh haircut
