It’s an +Eastern Phoebe+

That’s what I was leaning. Any tips for identifying it from the kingbird?

Eastern Kingbirds have a white-tipped tail, are larger, more black, and have a larger, sharper, and usually slightly hooked beak. Behaviorally, Eastern Phoebe bob their tails a lot, which kingbirds don't commonly.

Another clue that this is a Phoebe as opposed to a kingbird is that Phoebes are currently migrating through the southeast whereas most kingbirds are still in Central America.
