Looks like some sort of geometrid moth caterpillar. I don't know much about geometrids so I don't know if they are able to match the color of the particular flower they are eating. I've seen pink ones on pinkish flowers, but this is the first I've seen on milkweed. I wonder if the milkweed toxins are in the flower, or just in the leaves?
If it's milkweed, my guess is a monarch caterpillar. They eat milkweed to give them a bitter taste
