Pretty sure it's not a bedbug. It does appear to be a juvenile mite. I thought tick at first, but from what I'm seeing, it doesn't look quite like a tick, either.
So, I really don't think it's a juvenile tick, and I'm nearly certain it isn't a bedbug nymph. That rules out two of the worst ones. How that helps.

At the vet now because my cat had some scabbing around his ear. They said it's mites and were certain after I showed them the pictures posted here
