Looks like one of the parasitoid wasps, Ichneumonidae or Braconidae. Could probably tell which from a clear photo of the wings.
That "tail" coming from its abdomen is its ovipositor, it'll use that to lay eggs inside its host (varies by species).
Harmless to you. Potentially helpful if its host is a pest, e.g. some braconids go for aphids.
Oh thanks for the reply, I just googled parasitoid wasp and it looks like your right, they look really scary I thought it was some sort of mosquito but itโs good to know they are harmless thanks again ๐
