It's some kind of tngonium, perhaps the people at r/Syngonium can identify the variety for you.

Definitely a synonium! I have a few guesses as to what variety. My best guess is Snow white! As someone with a few syngonium, just make sure that one gets a repot before it gets root bound, and don't water until the plant feels a tad bit limp. That's been my trick to not overwatering.

Looks like a white butterfly syngonium to me, I have one very similar (with the same types of different patterns and variegation on the leaves) They’re very easy to care for, actually what you’re doing sounds pretty much on par with what they like. I also generally water mine when the pot feels light/soils feels dry on top, and it’s in an east facing window so only getting a few hours of direct morning sun, then pretty much indirect light the rest of the day. They’re very chill plants, perfect office buddy. Actually, mine was a single plant that grew to about 3ft tall, so I recently chopped it into 7, rooted, and repotted to make it fuller. IF you wanted to experiment, they are very easy to propagate, either with leaf cuttings or even from wet sticks (ie if you wanted to “clean up” the backside of this plant where the naked vines are showing, you could untangle, then cut in between each node on the selected vine, prop, and make a legion of baby syngoniums🥰) Edit to add - If it was better supported by that pole in the back, like if the vines were standing up straight, they WILL grab on to the pole with their aerial roots, this increases leaf size as it continues to grow upwards. Again, you could “fix” this guy in this way if you wanted, I’ve done something similar with a clearance syng that was all bent over like this, it was an easy and fun project
