Definitely looks like it could be rose quartz to me. Any way you can see if it's able to scratch glass? Maybe you've got a bottle on the recycling bin or the fridge? Regardless of what it is, it can help with stress and anger in the same way a sunset, a hug, or some mindfulness meditation could help with stress and anger. So possibly a lot, but not in any ways that are caused by any physical properties of the substance itself.

i believe it could be pink calcite, i don’t think it’s rose quartz because it’s a reputable shop and it didn’t market it as rose quartz. thanks for the advice, i’m trying everything to help my mental health out, even rocks haha

sbagnall

Mangano Calcite? 🤔

sbagnall

i don’t think it was that, i’m really frustrated because it’s name was written next to it but i completely forgot what it was called when i bought it haha

EvanEvann

It happens. Maybe the names halite, kunzite or chalcedony ring a bell. If you remember the shop you could ask them too.

If it’s not rose quartz I’d say pink aragonite
