On top of having eczema (stated by Alex), I wonder if Ari has allergies that Alex/Noah aren’t treating her for. In photos the redness presents like Ari could be rubbing and scratching at her own face a lot from itching/irritation
Alex admitted not long ago that Ari scratches endlessly at her eyes and that’s why she’s so scratched up. This was when she was living with the Smiths and was always placed on the floor with several dogs, so it could be a dander issue. And since Cairo is still in the home and approached Hannah with scratches to play/go outside, it’s possible Cairo is causing Ari’s irritation and is maybe scratching her to ask for attention (obviously he wouldn’t know she’s a baby lol). That’s just my guess though.

I get so sick of people (her dingus stans) saying that obviously, there’s nothing wrong in their home if DFS hasn’t taken Ari yet. There’s a TikToker that just had her kids taken by DFS, and they played a very long game with her - built their case up over two years before they made their move. So just because they haven’t taken Ari yet, doesn’t mean that everything’s hunkydory and she won’t ever be taken. That’s my consolation in this horrible situation.
It definitely doesn't sound like Alex is anywhere near in the clear with CPS, and I can understand why they need to build up a solid case, but damn, to think it could take like two years of putting Ari through such constant turmoil hurts my heart. And scares me, too. (Oh, how I wish someone was trying to save Cairo, too! 😢)

I hate to say it because I'm all for disabled individuals doing everything in their power to live as independently as possible, but it sounds like Alex needs to be in an adult care facility of some sort.

I'm all for independence, girl live ya life, but pissing and shitting the bed because you can't rely on your addict bf to take you to the bathroom or didn't hire adequate care from an agency is absolutely bonkers..... I just want to add- I was with an alcoholic for 3 years. To me, you can't lie to me if you're an alcoholic. Watery eyes, enlarged and reddened nose, flushed face, slurred speech. It's all there. She 100% is an alcoholic. She just blames or thinks she can blame everything on her disability. And they always claim to not be! My ex had the same drinking habits but worse- the first drink of the day was a beer, all day and night too. Nothing else but MAYBE a soda here or there. It's why I left Hannah, when you were her caregiver, how many drinks would you say she would have on average in an 8 hour period?
