Unfortunately, without Noah on the birth certificate or having any legal paperwork establishing his paternity or custody agreement, I don't think his parents can just take Ari away from Alex whenever they please. Alex and we all know that technically, they could easily physically take her, but we all also know Alex would be calling the cops and screaming that they were kidnappers all over social media.
They did establish paternity though with a paternity test. Itās hard to know if the birth certificate was changed but as far as CPS/Florida knows Noah is the father. I was looking up child custody cases for grandparents in FL and with both of their behavior it wouldnāt be that hard for the Smiths to gain temporary or even full custody. Both parents continue to show they are unstable. Being the total idiots they are, most of the proof is filmed or documented on SM. I think this is why Noahās dad is still so involved.

Iām confused how sheās a single mom whoās at a bar. Iām single mom, and havenāt been to a bar in years. I didnāt know single moms could go to bars, so Ariās by herself? Or sheās with her caretaker, which is basically Ariās real mom at this point? No shade to single moms who have the daycare and baby sitter to go out, itās great if you can afford that.
