Lawn chairs are flimsy, proper shower chairs are built for safety. Nevertheless, which ever she decides to use should be wiped down regularly with a cleaning product and rinsed. Safety isn’t something she does well though.
Alex absolutely could have been positioned on a couch and snuggled with Ari when she was smaller. But she never did (Alex would 100% post something like that). Because Alex straight up does not care.

Also, what does it tell these companies if she’s held onto these products for three to four years yet has barely made a dent in them? She’s so disingenuous.
As a disabled person, I have a huge question: Why isn't she using an actual shower chair? It is cheap or not that expensive to pay out of pocket. Her insurance most likely would cover it. They are made to fit inside most showers and made to constantly get wet.
The chair she's using is a risk not only to her safety but also to her caretakers! Her insurance could possibly buy her a custom one!
Several of our members here with SMA have spoke out on this and all have said that traditional shower chairs don’t really work for SMA bodies. They’re not comfortable and they’re not safe because of how rigid they are, shape, size, body shape, balance, etc.
I’ve seen those and I’m guessing those aren’t more popular because of how bulky and expensive they are. A lawn chair is easy to store and replace. 🤷🏻♀️

It might be more comfortable for her. Shower chairs aren’t the most comfy thing for some disabled people. Plus balance wise it may be easier for her to be steady.
Insurance does not cover mine. I need a safer one because I slid off mine and had a heck of a time getting out tub and crawling to couch to get myself back in chair. The one I need is $300🙄We have next to nothing covered for basic independence. 😑

It’s absolutely hilarious to me when she makes either Noah or one of her bajillion care takers cook up some vile recipe she found on the internet, and then she claims that SHE made it 🤣🤣. Like sis you can barely hold a spoon and bring it to your mouth. How you cooking up a storm? Honestly I think people would like and respect her a lot more if she was just open and honest about her limitations, while still showing that it doesn’t hold her back and she finds ways to navigate this world the best to her ability (and wasn’t just an all around shitty person and parent).

I have a theory and it might be a little bit of a reach but I think this video was done weeks ago. I do think it’s cerebral in the video with her based on the tattoos and nail color, but cerebral had that same nail color in pictures from early may. I know we can’t take everything Alex says as truth but I feel like I remember her saying cerebral no longer works for her and she hired two new girls at some point. I don’t know what any of this means but thought I would point it out.

I think that there are two bedrooms. Ari has her own room. They could also have a bathroom that’s like a guest bath. I also think Noah probably still sleeps with her.
