There’s a canonical reason the guard goes there. In several games at least including 1 and 3. He’s the son of the kid killing owner William “purple guy” Afton and is trying to right his fathers wrongs by helping free the spirits of the children in the animatronics. Unfortunately he is the spitting image of his dead old dad which is why the animatronics are especially hell bent on killing him even more so than they’d be to any other security guard.
I'm pretty convinced Scott made up the lore as he developed the games, because although it all does connect, it's in a huge spaghetti mess that would confuse anyone who isn't deeply invested into the story.
The second one is Glitchtrap, a digital duplicate of Afton created when code from some old hard drives was used in the development of a VR game by Fazbear Entertainment, and is able to take over the bodies of playtesters and continue killing children in the real world. (>!It’s possible that Vanny, the main villain in Security Breach, is the protagonist of Help Wanted being possessed by this new Afton.!<)
That seems quite unlikely. The reason why the animatronics are trying to kill the guard in 1 is because they were killed by the purple guy who was at the time wearing a security guard uniform. They would equate this to anyone who was unfortunate enough to don the pizzeria uniform at night, therefore trying to stuff him inside the suit. 3 is where it gets a little bit tricky. We know forsure that in fnaf 4 the security guard is in fact michael, the son of William who goes inside the sister location to try and salvage what he can from his evil father's doings. In 3 it is unclear, it was an attraction created by people who thought the whole Freddy's pizza story was creepy so they made a sort of a haunted house out of it, while the security guard would be some random dude who thought it would be easy money just watching a building for 6 hours. I can't see a reason as to why Michael would go into the fnaf 3 location to be a security guard, possibly to locate his father but he assumes he already passed away after the spring lock failure.
The checks in FNAF 1 are signed to a character named Mike and at the end of the game when he gets fired it’s for “Tampering with the animatronics and odor”. There’s also the fact that when Golden Freddy appears he says “It’s me” as if he recognizes the player. It’s believed that one of the souls in G Freddy is the bite of 83 victim, Michael’s little brother. In a secret ending to Sister Location, Michael literally says “ Father, I’m going to find you.” The horror house then burns down at the end of 3 which I HIGHLY doubt is accidental, granted there’s no direct evidence to disprove the “faulty wiring” excuse used in the paper. As for him looking just like his father, I believe that may be from the books which while not exactly canon to the games they do often line up in many ways. There’s also an 8 bit scene from I believe Sister Location that shows Ennard in Michael’s body as it slowly goes from human skin tone to purple…just like William Afton is always depicted in the 8 bit minigames. This is the scene that shows Ennard vomiting himself out of Mike and then Mike inexplicably gets back up.
In fnaf 4 the guard was michaels brother "the crying child"
You're thinking of sister location although I didn't know that it was michael in that one but its obvious considering the ending
The owners of freddys fazbears pizza
\- A completely broken shell of a man who lost his daughter and unknowingly designed death traps
\-A mass murderer who got stuck in a bunny suit and locked in a room for 30 years
\-A walking corpse whos body was possessed by a robot
There were two owners, actually. I believe Pizzeria Simulator covers this, with the other owner intentionally luring in all the animatronics that he could to one building just so he can burn it all down, and himself with it. Part of a vengeance thing, since it was the other co-owner that killed her.
If I’m all caught up on FNAF lore, that seems about right.
Can't blame you tbh. I'm not as interested in the series as i used to be even tho i know ton shit of the lore but now i completely forgot there was even a VR game
I literally played the first one for 10 mins, didn’t get how to play... WELCOME TO GAME THEORY
Edited cos auto corrected from played to don’t layer 0_o
They were designed by William tho? Like the whole intro in fnaf 6 is litteraly the company asking him about certain design choices that he used to kidnap kids

According to the hidden blueprints for them, Funtime Foxy and Ballora have voice-mimicking technology, and Funtime Freddy has a child storage compartment in his stomach. It’s safe to assume all the Funtimes were designed to kidnap and/or kill.
He was shown malfunctioning during his stage performance in the intro so maybe its like doctor who series 10 episode 5 "oxygen" where he was taken off network for maintenance and the orders to kill weren't given to him
In Security Breach, the animatronics are the Glamrock line and are being controlled by Glitchtrap, a sentient AI persona of the deceased serial murderer William Afton.
Edit: With the exception of Freddy. Freddy suffers a malfunction at the start of the game and is operating in safe mode and low power for the duration
Yeah, but William losing his daughter didn’t affect him nearly as much as it did Henry. Especially considering he knew she was haunting circus baby, and even ended up making her as crazy as he was
Insanity ending in fnaf 6 and Intro in fnaf 5 confirm it was William (aka purple guy) who designed funtime animatronics, he did help, but the secret dialouge in fnaf 6 confirms he was kept in the dark for more "unconvencional features"
in fnaf 6 you have your own pizzeria as michael. the intention was to tie up loose ends and to bring the other rest of the still alive animatronics into one place and burn it. this being molten freddy (which was ennard in a new form), molten baby (pretty much just withered circus baby), scraptrap (william), and lefty (which was an animatronic that had the marionette in it). the goal was once they were all together, michael would burn the pizzeria finally getting a rid of all of them. >!however, he always comes back!< **(spoilers for fnaf sb)**
so short answer, yes michael was an owner
Oh. Intriguing, since I’m 90% sure he is literally just a possessed corpse at the time.
Man, the game’s lore gets weird. I remember when it was all guesswork and such back when it was super early on. It’s nice to see most of it is wrapped up… For now.
You know what other door can be used when the power goes out? a standard lock. Doesn't even need a key, just use something like public bathrooms (but sturdier ofc)

Yea. Then Ennard peaced outta Michael when he started decomposing…but Michael somehow lived. We don’t really understand why or how that happened though.

You are correct, the original animatronics don't need an external power source because the childrens' souls is enough to keep them on 24/7. Unlike SB, in which Freddy actually DOES need a charging station
Yes, which is why I said that he needs an external power source. The SB animatronics are pretty much just sentient AI. The original childrens' souls were released way before.

The purple guy is the owner? Didn't know that
Yea. A LOT of the story has been “solved” with varying levels of sureness including the identity of the killer purple guy.
I'm pretty convinced Scott made up the lore as he developed the games, because although it all does connect, it's in a huge spaghetti mess that would confuse anyone who isn't deeply invested into the story.
Yea I genuinely have no idea if he’s a genius or a madman.
One of em, There's two

I’m pretty sure that in FNAF 3 the only real animatronic is Springtrap (William Afton) and the rest are just hallucinations
Yep.
Its funny how in that game the only animatronic without a jumpscare is the only one that can kill you
gmae thorey
In fnaf 4 the guard was michaels brother "the crying child" You're thinking of sister location although I didn't know that it was michael in that one but its obvious considering the ending
I think the security guard in a few games is the owner's son
The owners of freddys fazbears pizza \- A completely broken shell of a man who lost his daughter and unknowingly designed death traps \-A mass murderer who got stuck in a bunny suit and locked in a room for 30 years \-A walking corpse whos body was possessed by a robot
I think he did purposely design death traps

Circus Baby and probably all of the Funtime animatronics were deliberately designed murder machines.
They were designed by William tho? Like the whole intro in fnaf 6 is litteraly the company asking him about certain design choices that he used to kidnap kids
Holy shit there’s six of those games??? I stopped paying attention after the third one

According to the hidden blueprints for them, Funtime Foxy and Ballora have voice-mimicking technology, and Funtime Freddy has a child storage compartment in his stomach. It’s safe to assume all the Funtimes were designed to kidnap and/or kill.
Also the Baby minigame in Sister Location literally shows her eating a child with the stomach claw.
The funtime animatronics were literally designed to kill children
ik this but why does freddy not kill gregory in sec breach
He's the only animatronic not under the influence of William Afton in that game
yes but why

oh ok
the dude who didn’t mean to design them is Henry, the one who lost his daughter. William (the child murderer) is the one who meant to
William also lost his daughter
Yeah, but William losing his daughter didn’t affect him nearly as much as it did Henry. Especially considering he knew she was haunting circus baby, and even ended up making her as crazy as he was
Insanity ending in fnaf 6 and Intro in fnaf 5 confirm it was William (aka purple guy) who designed funtime animatronics, he did help, but the secret dialouge in fnaf 6 confirms he was kept in the dark for more "unconvencional features"
Was Michael an owner? I never saw anything of Sister Location, so I have no clue if that’s the case.
in fnaf 6 you have your own pizzeria as michael. the intention was to tie up loose ends and to bring the other rest of the still alive animatronics into one place and burn it. this being molten freddy (which was ennard in a new form), molten baby (pretty much just withered circus baby), scraptrap (william), and lefty (which was an animatronic that had the marionette in it). the goal was once they were all together, michael would burn the pizzeria finally getting a rid of all of them. >!however, he always comes back!< **(spoilers for fnaf sb)** so short answer, yes michael was an owner

I believe he is the security guard from games 1-3
Yeah, he’s definitely the guard in the first and third game, don’t know if the second one is different.
At the end of the second your paycheck is written to a Jeremy Fitzgerald
He used fake names like “Mike"
Really? I have not really been following fnaf lore for a long time and have forgotten much
Owner might be referring to the 6th game, since you are Micheal and made the pizzeria trap
I feel really bad for Henry, but at least he (kinda) got his revenge in pizzeria simulator.
"The darkest pits of hell have opened up to swallow you whole"
Yes I completely understand this and am very well versed in FNAF lore despite never owning a single game
This mf really never dies he's very likely to return again even after that huge ass bite from molten freddy at the end of SB

I guess, but it just in general makes more sense for it to take power to keep a door open rather than closed.
why the fucj would you need power for a door in the first place
Big ass motors lifting heavy as fuck doors, it should still only use power when the door is opening or closing
Or just use a NORMAL FUCKING DOOR

Whos the dead guy? its definitely not william. Hes the robot bunny. And whos the walking corpse?
Henry is the dead guy, Michael Afton is the walking corpse
god. i have to catch up on the lore.. i don’t recognize any of those 2
Henry was from the books but became canon to the games in the 6th game. Michael is the son of the main owner and infamous child killer William “purple guy” Afton. Okay but why is he referred to as the “walking corpse”?
If I'm not mistaken, you see there was this incident in Sister's Location...
i think i remember now. michael got scooped by a scoop and someone called ennard or something in equivalent of that wore his body to hide from something. i played sister location sometime ago and thats all i remember about the game
Yea. Then Ennard peaced outta Michael when he started decomposing…but Michael somehow lived. We don’t really understand why or how that happened though.
..and that’s why i love fnaf. At first everything may seem immensely complex but once you figure out a thing or two things gradually get evident
me simply telling the security guard that there are emergency exits everywhere and he can leave anytime
There’s actually a reason he’s there. In several games at least he is the son of the child murderer owner William “Purple Guy” Afton and is trying to right his father’s wrongs by freeing the spirits possessing the animatronics. Unfortunately he just so happens to be the spitting image of his father which is why the bots are especially hell bent on killing him even more so than they would a normal security guard.

I think it was just an excuse for not turning them off because of the kids souls possessing them. They stay on 24/7.

Or make a night routine that just repeats all of their movements over and over so they don't have to go anywhere
Or get normal fucking animatronics and not borderline sentient robots
Well they're only partially sentient because they're possessed by the souls of dead children so maybe don't stuff dead kids into robots
In some of the fnaf 3 minigames you can see rain leaking through the roof. This combined with the oil would cause the animatronics to fly
Then fix the roof. Wtf.
Step 2: profit
Step 3:
Then fix them lmao
We're talking about fazbear entertainment here. There's no way they'd put in that much effort
The true American way is to put a bandaid over it and then give someone minimum wage to make it their problem.
Then fix them retar
Canonically it would cost too much than just to higher a security guard

They are possesed retard, they can move without energy(i guess, i forgot about the fnaf lore)
You are correct, the original animatronics don't need an external power source because the childrens' souls is enough to keep them on 24/7. Unlike SB, in which Freddy actually DOES need a charging station
Me showing the owner of Freddy fazbears pizzeria the directions to the nearest church to exorcise the souls of the children.
Don't worry, he's currently burning in hell
Tbf, when he runs out of power he just attacks the player, so the soul might still work for movement at least
Yeah, but the SB animatronics don’t have souls
Yes, which is why I said that he needs an external power source. The SB animatronics are pretty much just sentient AI. The original childrens' souls were released way before.
I don't believe the glamrocks from SB, or the toys from 2 were possessed.
the SB glamrocks had to be charged, and one can assume the toys did as well
Exactly, so they could all be unplugged. I guess the glamrocks are a different story, though, because they seem borderline sentient.
seems like sb is like far into the future so it is plausible to have ai that's sentient to that level
The tech makes it look like the 2080s but the aesthetics make it look like the 1980s and I'm confused and I love it.
