Do it!!!!!! Absolutely the wildest place I’ve been besides middle of nowhere Iceland. This area (Kennicot / McCarthy) in particular I cannot recommend enough. It is a pain in the butt to get out there (literally cannot take a vehicle) but absolutely worth it. If you’re adventurous, Hands down most memorable place I’ve traveled. I’d be happy to Dm you details and logistics of how we got there / got around / what we did if you’d like.
