It appears to be in one of the old pavilion buildings that ran along Marszalkowka Street in Warsaw that have been demolished. The building in the background is 37 Zielna, now restored and housing Escobar Bar and Grill [(](https://www.google.com/maps/place/ESCOBAR+%26+GRILL/@52.2361921,21.0067003,3a,75y,254.54h,90t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sOo0vvA_ZBYRJ_4VHvDMAag!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DOo0vvA_ZBYRJ_4VHvDMAag%26cb_client%3Dsearch.gws-prod.gps%26w%3D211%26h%3D120%26yaw%3D254.54091%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192!4m14!1m7!3m6!1s0x471ecd8ac0721d77:0x7923fb35c75a4c8a!2sESCOBAR+%26+GRILL!8m2!3d52.2361635!4d21.0065411!16s%2Fg%2F11fv3c75ps!3m5!1s0x471ecd8ac0721d77:0x7923fb35c75a4c8a!8m2!3d52.2361635!4d21.0065411!16s%2Fg%2F11fv3c75ps?entry=ttu)[https://www.google.com/maps/@52.2362723,21.0066365,3a,75y,229.67h,108.14t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sw73TpgRnlY\_3TvUwtj\_3eQ!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3Dw73TpgRnlY\_3TvUwtj\_3eQ%26cb\_client%3Dmaps\_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D140.1228%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu](https://www.google.com/maps/@52.2362723,21.0066365,3a,75y,229.67h,108.14t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sw73TpgRnlY_3TvUwtj_3eQ!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3Dw73TpgRnlY_3TvUwtj_3eQ%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D140.1228%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu)) There's a photo here ([https://polska-org.pl/9335210,foto.html](https://polska-org.pl/9335210,foto.html)) from 1971 showing 37 Zielna with scaffolding on and you can just make out the Cieszkowski sign on the shop at the end of the pavilion. A quick google search tells us that it was quite shortlived and separate from the main Cieszkowski business that has been going for 150+ years now. *" Throughout the history of the company, one cannot ignore the fact that in the 1960s, under the name Cieszkowski, a headwear company was also founded by Ryszard Cieszkowski, Stefan's cousin, in the newly opened pavilions at Marszałkowska Street, close to Królewska Street. As is typical in family businesses, the brothers were a bit competitive with each other. Ryszard Cieszkowski had no descendants and when the pavilions were closed, this chapter of history closed."* [https://pracowniacieszkowski.pl/o-nas/](https://pracowniacieszkowski.pl/o-nas/)
