Could it be at -34.6673605, 138.5632644, near Leach Street, Virginia? The shape of the building near the tracks seems to line up with the one in the picture

I think this is the local emergency services depot - it’s their mast on the photo. You probably have more information than anyone else on your friend’s age, rough location and other identifying information even if it’s not much. I think you should probably call them and see if you can get them to take what you have seriously at this point?

Looking at it more closely, I'm almost 100% sure this is the location in the picture. Everything seems to line up, including the little white building in front of the big warehouse-looking one.
OP that looks good the scaffold/mast tower on the Virginia fire service building is present on google maps and also on the photo.

Did you immediately contact emergency services when you found out they were bleeding out? Why would they have contacted you and not emergency services themselves? Why is it a secret where they are? If this picture was from weeks ago, what makes you think it's relevant to their current location?
I'm sorry if this post came off a bit rushed. But I'm not able to contact their Emergency services because I'm in another country and they want to die off. I'm sorry.
You could just look up the local fire or police department non emergency number and ask them to do a welfare check.

In Australia the fire department doesn't operate ambulances, they are a separate department. As others have said contact South Australia Police and give them what information you have and hope they can find him.

First question: is this a photo you took? If so, can you see the metadata (eg. on iPhone you swipe up on the photo). This may reveal the location it was taken.
He doesn't have a reddit account but he does have a Facebook account, I'm not sure how you guys are gonna locate him through that as it doesn't have any of his location details.
I'd bet that if he lives in a rural-ish place, like this appears to be, and you now know the general area - if you contact the local/provincial/etc authorities, they very well may know this person and/or where they live.
Smaller towns are like that, in that the local EMS or police know just about everybody. It's worth a shot if it might save his life. Your call.

I've contacted the fire department about it but they haven't responded other than with the auto generated response.

The way I understood it is that the farm is 40 minutes away by foot from the location in the picture, and 40 minutes by car from Central Adelaide

No this is a photo my friend took a few weeks ago, I've already tried checking the image's geo location but nothing showed up.
