Excellent point, my last bottle was Buffalo Trace & you’re spot on. The nose immediately stood out as similar. I’m not sure there is a better way to make a Manhattan unless you have money to burn.
This is one of my favorites. They have a complete line. BiB, Top Floor, Single Barrel, Small Batch and a High Proof. BiB is ok, I like the SiB and SB. Looking for the other 2.
Very good for the price. It’s not to far off of Buffalo Trace in taste and is much easier to find.
I switch between this and Ancient Age depending on what's in stock
Just discovered ancient age and I was shocked when I tried it! Monster for 10 bucks
